The naturally sweet, smooth and creamy taste in our carob kitchen almond bar is from the sweetness in our Australian grown carob beans and juicy almonds. We blend our carob bar to have a mild carob taste using milk solids, lightly roasted almonds and cocoa butter which does not contain caffeine and theobromine a found in chocolate.
No added sugar, gluten free.
